We had a tricky and time-sensitive situation where we had to sell our home in Hyattsville, MD immediately to be viable to purchase our dream home in Fort Washington, MD. Abdul guided us through the labyrinthine process of buying and selling at the same time (not for the faint of heart), got our home on the market in 2 days, had a photographer and videographer out to document our home, and ultimately created very compelling marketing materials that showed our home at its very best. He then connected us to the best mortgage deals in the marketplace. At every potential pitfall - and there were many - he was two steps ahead, providing counsel and acting on our behalf. I recently moved to the DMV from another state and was introduced to Abdul by my out of state real estate agent. Abdul went above and beyond in helping me find my new place.
